In the interview that you are going to conduct about the nose surgery you should ask to see the different types of reconstructed new nose shapes that you can think about having.

While getting a nose surgery may seem frivolous for some people, there are others who will need this operation. In these serious cases the patient needs the expert care of highly trained medical personnel. These medical staff can prevent the patient in question from having trouble breathing if the nose surgery is very difficult.

For the many people who are looking forward to getting their noses fixed for whatever reason, a nose surgery can be of great help. The surgeon in whose hands you are placing yourself in is an artist. It is thanks to people like this that nose surgery can be performed so well.

Since you are planning on having a part of your body changed you should take the time to hunt for plastic surgeons that are known for their reconstructive work in the bodies of men.

At present the male plastic surgery will include a number of different procedures. These list nipple reductions as among the popular ones. In this procedure the nipple is mainly reduced so that it is not that prominent. The chest area has an up lifted appearance. When you look around for plastic surgeons that are qualified to perform this surgery you will find many doctors.

You should make sure that you undergo treatment with a well qualified doctor as the male plastic surgery procedures can have problems. The most common problem is that the muscles will not be able to near the strains and may rupture. There is also a chance that you will become allergic or infected during the male plastic surgery procedure.

Use Natural Health Products To Nourish Your Skin

Looking good takes time and work.

Developing an effective and sustainable routine that will work for you is therefore an essential part of taking care of your skin.

Your skin protects your body and therefore it is your duty to protect you skin. That is the everyday commitment you need to make in order to keep having beautiful skin.

Natural health products provide your skin with the nourishment and care that it needs. These products come in the form of bath oils, bath salts, facial creams, and body creams.

The wonderful thing about natural health products is that they provide you with the best non-allergenic care which is crucial, since skin can often be rather sensitive to chemical treatment.

One important factor you should always keep in mind is that your skin type will determine which products you should select. For instance, some products only work for oily skin--and others for dry. Knowing what skin type you are will help you make better decisions when you have to purchase these products.

You will know exactly what you want, instead of wasting time and money on products that you don't need and that wont work on your skin.

But no matter what skin type you have and what treatment you use, it is always important to remember that you must take a proactive approach to nourishing your skin. If you don't learn how to best use your natural health skin care products and then work them into a regimen, you will only see sporadic, disconnected results.

It makes no sense to buy something and then try it once and then decide that it doesn't work, especially when most products specifically cite an amount of time you must use them for before you will see results.

You need to give the natural health skin products a fair chance.

And once you use natural health skin care products, you will never want to try anything else. Because once you have used the best that nature has to offer, you will want to keep it that way. Your health and radiant skin will be a constant testament to that

Skincare Advice For Everyone

Taking care of your skin should not be confusing nor should it require you to use a large multitude of products just to make your skin feel cleaner. In spite of all the sales hype that we see on TV and in print trying to persuade you that you need all different kinds of products most people only need a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer with anti-aging ingredients included. With that said, there are exceptions that may have a type of skin needing special care so it is important to know what kind of skin you have.

Begin by assessing what your skin type is. If your face feels dry and tight with possibly some rough patches or redness you probably have dry skin. You may even suffer from flaking and irritation. The best treatment for this type of skin is to use rich moisturizers and never use cleansers that strip oil from your skin. You should also add Omega-3 oil to your diet.

If your skin is shiny or feels slick, especially on your forehead, nose, and chin then you probably have oily skin. Although, you may not think of it as a blessing when you are young it is actually a blessing in disguise because it naturally guards against wrinkles and the effects of aging. With oily skin, you want to use cleansers that will clean the skin without removing this natural anti-aging oil.

Skin that is prone to acne and those who are older are more unique and will require more specialized treatment. Mild cleansers are still best and moisturizers should be oil free but formulated for the specific condition you may have.

People with severe skin conditions such as severe acne should seek the advice of a dermatologist who may wish to prescribe medicines and specific skin creams that are made to deal with tougher cases.

It is very easy to care for your skin once you know what your skin type is and can even become enjoyable as you use the correct products and see improvement.

Is Your Skin Care Product Really Organic?

Today most people realize that organic is better - better for the environment and better for you. The less toxic pesticides and chemicals we put in and on our bodies the healthier we will be.

So it stands to reason that when searching for skin care products you want to buy those that are labeled as organic, right?

When you shop for organic skin care products, you probably look at the label and see the word "organic" and think that the ingredients were organically grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides.

The truth is that the labeling can be misleading and many skin care products are anything but organic in their nature. Technicalities enable the word organic to be used on the label without the product actually made without the use of harmful chemicals. So, how do you know what is really an organic product and what isn't?

The answer is in the list of ingredients.

All products are required to have a list of ingredients but this can sometimes be confusing. Take two skin care products and look at the labels. Do you see words like "extract from" or "derived from"? If the words after that are long chemical sounding names then the chances are that the product is made from materials that are "derived from" chemicals. If the names sound like natural substances like fruits then you probably have a true organic skin care product.

Another thing to look at on the label is the order of ingredients. Each ingredient is listed by the percentage it makes up - in other words, the first ingredient is what there is most of in the product and the last is what there is least of.

Organic skin care products are made from fruits and vegetables and other natural ingredients and are some of the best things you can put on your skin. They can also deliver excellent results. Whey you buy organic skin care products you are adding to the health of your skin instead of perhaps damaging it with harsh chemicals.

So the next time you go shopping for organic skin care products, be sure to read the label before you buy. There are plenty of genuine organic products out there that will leave your skin with a healthy glow.

Warnings Your Dermatologist Won't Give You

In my mom's day they didn't know from antioxidant skin care products. When people got wrinkled they had face lifts if they could afford it. Then along came cosmetic dermatology and savvy young doctors were jumping on the bandwagon. It seemed an easier, cleaner way to make zillions of dollars compared to the blood, gore and lawsuits plastic surgeons had to endure.
These new cowboy dermatologists weren't about to tell patients about getting rid of free radicals the easy and inexpensive way, with effective antioxidant skin care products. Surely they learned about free radical in their medical training. They naturally preferred to come up with exotic torture treatments that had to be repeated again and again. After all, they could charge exorbitant fees. It's understandable.
When my mom had dermabrasion back in the old days she was never warned she would likely develop large pores as time went by. She was told to be careful of the sun, but in a very offhand way. almost as an aside. Having the skin sanded off so new baby skin can come in leaves you totally vulnerable to the sun.
Mom should have been warned to stay in a dark cave for a year. She's been paying the price for a long time, with basal cell carcinomas popping out on her big pores like a teenager breaking out in pimples.
In all fairness, they didn't have amazing antioxidant skin care products then. Science has come a long way so I shouldn't feel so bitter. I'm just sad my mother had to suffer.
Even back then she had to sign a release absolving the dermatologist of all responsibility should anything go wrong during the dermabration. But they shoved the document under her nose moments before she was to have her procedure. She didn't have time to read it and they knew it. Of course she signed it.
This is still happening today with the different laser beauty treatments and mini face peels available. I understand dermatologists are still having one of their underlings shove that paper past you at the last moment. They don't warn you that you could die, or get burned and maimed for life. But hey, the good doctors have to make a living.
At some point mom also had her face shot full of fillers that were later taken off the market for being dangerous. Of course her dermatologist never warned her of any impending problems. How could she have known the stuff would travel and settle in unwanted places? It's tragic.
For my money, I'd rather take care of my aversion to aging without risking my life or my looks. I've learned that the right antioxidant skin care products are worth pure gold. New breakthroughs made by a New Zealand company are literally taking years off my face and body. It's a very sexy feeling to be smooth again.
Of course you'll never hear about this company from your dermatologist. Many dermatologists are busy raking in the dough by selling you their own concoctions. But does your specialist warn you about chemicals in the products? I'm willing to bet not.
And does your beauty doctor explain that just a pinch of something good is not enough? My lotion does not contain any chemicals. And it is overflowing with ultra generous amounts of the precious ingredients that go into it. This company doesn't stint when it comes to their antioxidant skin care products. How do I know? Because of the results I'm getting.

Here are the important ingredients in my chemical free beauty lotion.
Cynergy TK™. A protein-like keratin that makes you look like you have brand new baby skin.
Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10. A form of CoenzymeQ10 that penetrates seven layers down. It makes a meal of the free radicals trying to rob of you of your youth and health.
Phytessence Wakame. Made from Japanese sea kelp to protect your precious hyaluronic acid.
I get to use my beauty cream with abandon. Without having to sign my life away.

Top Eye Creams Must Include Certain Ingredients to Do The Best Job

The fact is that what is often widely considered to be the top eye cream on the market might not be what you want to use for treating your skin. These formulas typically get their reputations through simple name recognition of the company that developed it, or it has received a great deal of positive marketing. The manufacturer controls the marketing of the product, so you know they will say that it is good.
Most of the anti aging skin care products on the market are bad, but those designed for treating the area around your eyes are often the worst. Before I go too deeply into why it is that the majority of eye creams lack what you need to be successful, let me tell you a secret about why it is that anti aging skin care formulas fail. You may be a little shocked by this if you have never heard it before.
What the top eye creams tend to focus on is the replacement of your collagen and elastin. Hyaluronic acid loss is a subject that few products try to handle, but some of the formulas do add hyaluronic acid as an ingredient in addition to collagen and elastin. What the cosmetics industry doesn’t want you to know is that all of these compounds are insoluble, and they are dense enough that your skin cannot absorb them.
The only formulas that have thus far been successful in replenishing your lost tissue are the ones that contain Cynergy TK, and Phytessence Wakame. Cynergy TK helps you by increasing the production of collagen and elastin molecules in your skin, and Phytessence Wakame creates more hyaluronic acid by inhibiting the destructive activity of an enzyme that breaks this skin tissue down.
I said in the beginning that most products that are considered to be the top eye cream focus only on this one thing, but there are actually several things happening with your body that are causing your skin to age. There is capillary fragility and the poor surface blood flow that stems from capillary loss. There is also inadequate fluid and hemoglobin removal, and the thinning of the skin underneath the eye.
There are two simple ingredients that can be found in the eye contour gels containing Cynergy TK, and Phytessence Wakame that can repair all of these problems. The combination of Haloxyl and Eyeliss treat each of these additional reasons that your skin breaks down as you age. They will also reduce dark circles under your eyes by 60%, and will increase firmness and elasticity.

None of the well known formulas that get tagged as the top eye creams will even come close to offering you all of the benefits that the compounds featuring this quartet of compounds will. The formulas that I have described for you here today will give you the results that you have been looking for, and since all of the ingredients are all natural these products are totally safe.

How To Get The Best Facial Skin Care Treatment?

Who does not want to have a youthful and mesmerizing blush on the face? But every passing year, laughing lines and wrinkles find their own permanent place on the face. This is a natural process. And the sundry fear of skin aging and maturation keeps creeping in the minds with time. You can color your grays but cannot hide your wrinkles for long.

But rendering proper facial care can definitely prevent it for some time and that’s for sure. Now to know the best treatment for your facial skin care, you must understand your skin and affects of certain factors on it. As your facial skin is a mirror of you to the world, you need to take a special care of it always.

So read on further and know your skin for better shining and healthy facial skin and smiles in the future.

Know Your Skin

Your body is a complex system and every organ demands due care and attention. The skin is known to be the largest organ of human body. The skin layers epidermis (outermost), dermis (middle) and hypodermis (innermost) have specific functions. The natural process involves formation and removal of skin tissues. The tissues keep on aging and are called dead cells. They are frequently replaced by the new and fresh cells. But with the age, this procedure slows down. Your skin may suffer with several problems like premature aging, acne and pimples. These problems can be reduced by taking special care of your skin.

Diet Factor

You need not require different packages to solve different skin problems. According to the skin experts, the primary cause of all the skin problems is a lack of nutrition and extreme exposure to Sun. Consequently, a balance diet is the primary need for a healthy skin. Thus a regular intake of balanced diet is recommended for a long lasting healthier skin tone.

A diet rich in vitamin E, B and A will lend you a special glow on your face. But eating proper food for a month or two will not be productive. You are required to make it a habit. Avoid junk food and drink lots of water. In fact, water therapy is the oldest treatment available for all skin types. The study supporting the intake 7-8 glass of water everyday was released by a leading American fashion magazine recently also.

Apt Usage of Cosmetics

Some cosmetics also prove to be beneficial to maintain a great looking facial skin. In fact switching on to the class-cosmetics with a balanced diet will prove to be substantially magical for your facial skin. The facial skin care treatment involves three basic activities. They are cleansing, toning and moisturizing. You have various products in the market that offer you excellent skin care. The cleaning can be done with a cleanser being applied in circular motion. Rinse it off with the lukewarm water.

You can also apply natural cleansers like curd mixed with lemon juice on your face for a smooth and shiny facial skin.

Toners are an essential part of facial skin care. They help to kill the harmful bacteria and clog the pores that produce oil resulting in pimples and acne. To remove acne scars, using a facial scrub is the best option for you. A moisturizer is used to retain the moisture in your facial skin. You have two basic types of moisturizers: humicants and jelly. Humicants are good for oily skin as they do not contain any cream. Jelly moisturizers are apt for the people with dry skins. Skin around your eyes is the most sensitive one. So if you find some dark patches under your eyes, you must apply an eye cream before going to the bed. Anemia or deficiency of iron can also be a reason for dark eye circles.

Several skin care treatment centers offer different treatments for treating double chin, acne, acne scars and other remedies to improve your skin tone. A radiant face will no longer be just a dream for you, regarding you heed periodic care and pampering of your skin.

Best Prevention And Treatment For Dry Skin

Dry skin, or xerosis, is a skin type usually marked by firm texture and parched skin. This type is especially noticeable during winter, when one turns to indoor heaters due to the cold weather and dry air or low humidity. Signs of dry skin usually appear as pink spots on the face, arms and legs. These small spots can grow into painful patches that later flake and become itchy if left untreated. The shin and the abdomen, particularly the sides, are also frequent dry spots. Eczema and other types of dermatitis could also emerge without the appropriate treatment. The condition may also be genetically inherited. The normal skin changes accompanying aging also tend to make elderly people have dry skin problems.

1. Moisturize Regularly

The irritation and dryness can be relieved by using a moisturizing cleanser and the frequent application of oil-based lotions or creams, particularly before the affected individual sleeps. Experts also suggest less and shorter baths and showers of about 5-10 minutes to maintain skin hydration. Lukewarm water is also considered more beneficial than hot water baths and showers. Mild soaps are also preferred for the face, along with moisturizing lotions for the whole body following a bath and prior to bedtime. Rehydration will also benefit from high levels of water and fruit consumption.

2. Skin Disorders

Scaling or flaking skin can be syptomatic of dermatitis. One type is seborrheic dermatits, which is characterized by red, itchy rashes on diferent body parts, particularly areas with many oil glands. This scaly rash can be found on the nose, the scalp and eyebrows. Another type is allergic contact dermatitis, which is the result of an immune reaction in contact between the skin and poison ivy or similar substances. Some individuals also experience eczema, or atopic dermatitis, if it is common in the family; or athlete's foot, a fungal infection affecting soles of the feet.

3. Cleanse Your Skin

A key factor in basic skin care is knowing one's skin type, as this will determine the approach and the products one will use. Individuals will have either dry, normal/combination, sensitive or oily skin. A basic skin care routine will always include cleansing. Since skin types vary across individuals, people should look for a cleanser that their skin responds to. Most experts discourage the use of soap to cleanse the face, with some specifying soap only for cleansing from the neck to the feet. Cleansers are made up of water, oil and surfactants that combine to dissolve facial oil and dirt, remove makeup and wash all these excesses away from the face. Care should be taken to use only the appropriate mix to avoid clogging skin pores or drying the skin.

4. Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate

Many experts advise the routine at night, with only lukewarm water used to wash the face in the morning. However, use of a moisturizer before bedtime will make cleansing also necessary in the morning. Individuals are advised to use warm water to start washing, as this would unclog pores and loosen dirt. After a cleanser is used, rinsing off using cool water will tighten or close the pores. Exfoliating is another step many specialists advise to treat or prevent dry skin. Stanford University clinical assistant professor Katie Rodan advises that individuals exfoliate on a daily basis. This will augment natural replenishment of the skin - the removal of dead skin cells to give way to new cells - and improve moisture retention, giving one fresher and younger-looking skin. Individuals with dry or sensitive skin should exfoliate up to two times a week, and increase the frequency during the summer and hot months, when sweat makes dead skin cells stick together and delays their removal. For those with sun-damaged skin, hydroxies may have to be used as deep exfoliants. Toners are not requirement, as the removal of dirt, makeup and oil can already be done using a cleanser.

5. Sun Damage

Moisturizers and sunscreens are also crucial parts of a regular skin care routine. Some experts advise separate moisturizers for night and daytime, when the product should ideally offer UV protection. Sunscreens should not be applied with moisturizers at night, as this could actually worsen dry skin conditions. A good sunscreen should have zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or avobenzene as an active ingredient. In addition to dry skin prevention, the following tips can be adopted by individuals at home to address the condition:

- Applying petroleum jelly and wearing cotton gloves prior to sleeping works well for individuals with extremely dry hands
- Lotions can also be used on nails if they pose problems of brittleness and dryness
- To prevent scratching itchy, dry skin, one can try oatmeal baths, a nonprescription treatment such as 1% hyrocortisone cream, and using gloves or keeping nails short

Dry Skin Treatmen

Dry skin is a very delicate skin which if left untreated gives rise to premature wrinkling of the skin. Dry skin is the first sign of Vitamin A deficiency. Therefore if you are suffering from a dry skin you should take vitamin A capsules of 25,000 units per day for 2 weeks and then you should go in for maintenance level of 10,000 to 20,000 units daily. If your diet seems to be sufficient in vitamin A, which means that you are regularly eating carrots, sweat potatoes, and liver, then dry skin may be a result of inadequate unsaturated oils. Try adding 2 tablespoons of oil in your soup, rise or dal.

Dos and Don’ts for Dry Skin.

1. If you have dry skins then use a glycerin or a super fat soap on the body.

2. After bathing do not rub your skin, instead pat your skin dry with a soft towel to reduce irritation of the skin. Dry yourself nicely after taking your bath, if water is left to evaporate on the skin it dries up the skin further.

3. Apply moisturizer immediately after drying the skin. It puts a waterproof layer between the skin and the air thereby preventing moisture loss.

4. Never, never use soap on face and neck if you have a dry skin. Instead take 1 tablespoon warm milk and add to it a pinch of turmeric and few drops of oil. Dip a piece of cotton in it and clean the skin. You will be amazed to find that it removes more dirt than any cleanser in the market and at the same time makes the skin soft and smooth.

5. After cleansing the skin pat a thin film of oil over the surface to seal in the moisture.

6. Never use an astringent on a dry skin.

7. Deep cleanse the skin once a week by steaming it, since steam encourages the secretion of natural sebum.

8. Vaseline or petroleum jelly is the best for a dry skin. But before using any greasy preparation on the skin, always use a moisturizer first. At night remove your make up with cleansing milk. After removing the make up wipe with skin tonic and then massage in nourishing cream. After half an hour remove skin tonic and apply moisturizer. If you are using commercial creams change them time to time because the skin needs a change of preparation just as our body needs change of air.

Vinegar makes an ideal skin tonic. The skin has an acid mantle and vinegar being acidic restores this. Always use one part of vinegar to 8 parts of water. This also prevents itchiness during winter and the tight feeling a dry skin has after it has been washed.

Here is a simple but effective skin tonic. Put 3 tablespoons of dried mint leaves in 2 cups water. Boil for 3 minutes. Strain and put in 2 cups vinegar. Apply on your face with cotton wool. The vinegar helps restore the acid mentle of the skin.

Always use a sunscreen whenever going out. This must have the SPF or sun protection factor written on it. The SPF is the protecting power of the sun screen.

Skin Care Treatment In Your Refridgerator

When it comes to skin treatment, there are few things more satisfyingly exquisite than a pampering facial. A facial mask can help you relax and rejuvenate at the end of the day, or can mark the transition from a stressful week of work to a weekend full of fun. However, a facial skin treatment at an upscale spa can cost upwards of a hundred dollars, and being worried about the impact on your wallet can take the relaxation right out of a facial. Luckily, it is possible to whip up your own moisturizing facial mask at home with ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now. Making your own skin treatment at home can help you get the feeling of upscale luxury without paying top dollar.
The easiest and perhaps most classic skin treatment involves a single, skin nourishing ingredient: pure honey. To open your pores, drape a warm washcloth over your face for about thirty seconds; then apply a thin layer of honey over the surface of your cheeks, chin, forehead, and any other places that could benefit from an additional infusion of revitalizing moisture. Lie down and relax for ten to fifteen minutes while the honey penetrates your skin and replenishes it with moisture; then gently wipe the honey away with lukewarm water and a washcloth. Splash your face with cool water to snap your pores shut, then pat your face dry gently to seal in the moisture. This simple skin treatment lets you put your best face forward, and can help you give an average day a very special feeling.
Oatmeal makes for another simple skin treatment that is ideal for problem skin. If you suffer from breakouts or sometimes have trouble controlling an oily shine, an oatmeal mask can help pull the excess oil from your face without drying out your skin. This mask will gives you with a healthy, matte complexion that is sure to leave you smiling. Simply mix a bit of water into pure rolled oats to create a thick, moist paste. To open your pores before applying the mask, fill a bowl with hot water and lean over it face first, with a towel draped over the back of your head to create a kind of steam tent. For an extra luxurious scent, add a tablespoon of your favorite herb, like peppermint or rosemary, to the water. Breathe deeply for five to ten minutes, allowing the steam to penetrate the surface of your face. Then, wipe away the moisture on your face with your towel and, using your fingertips, gently apply a thin layer of the oatmeal paste all over your face. Wait for the oatmeal to dry and harden, a process that usually takes between ten and fifteen minutes; then wipe it away with a damp, lukewarm washcloth. Pat your face dry, and enjoy the results of your exquisite homemade skin treatment.

What Oily Skin Treatment Works Best

Oily skin can lead to acne a skin condition most of us would want to avoid. So what oily skin treatment works best on these days?
We want to control the oil produced by our skin but at the same time keep our skin hydrated and protected. It is relatively easy these days to find oil free cosmetic products. We cannot afford to put an oil based product on our skin, it is the equivalent of pouring oil on a flame.
Our hormones play a link in the way our oil production glands work. Your hormones are to blame when being a teenager brings you out in a load of zits. Pregnant women or those facing into the menopause can also suffer from oily skin caused by hormone imbalances. A lack of vitamin B can cause a hormonal imbalance. You can have your doctor check if you suspect this is a problem.
Clay masks work very well with oily skins and will help to reduce and remove any blackheads and pimples you may have. The clay is oil free and as it dries, it goes hard absorbing excess oil. It also seems to reduce the size of your skin pores. It can’t in reality but it looks like it does which is the desired effect.
You need to cleanse your skin daily but try to avoid over washing as this will only cause your skin to become irritated, red and flaky. It is also a good idea to exfoliate your skin using a product containing lactic or glycolic acid but not if you have any inflamed pustules as you will only spread the infection.
Lavender is one oily skin treatment that works very well and is 100% natural. Lavender has been used for centuries as an antiseptic making it ideal for dealing with pimples and other bacterial infections that are common with this skin type. If you make up your own lavender tonic at home be sure to use sterile containers and keep it in the fridge. Some people can react badly to lavender and all other natural products so it is best to do a patch test first.
A slice of tomato is great for getting rid of blackheads and brightening your skin. The fruit acids gently loosen the surface skin cells. Clean your skin with cotton wool and water after 15 minutes. You need to let your skin breath after this treatment so don’t apply moisturizer.
You also need to learn to relax as oily skin can be a sign of too much stress in your life. Find something you like to do to help you unwind such as a massage or facial. Yoga is also a wonderful stress buster.
A number of patients with oily skin tend to skip applying moisturiser. This is not recommended as your skin will become dry and patchy if you do not use an appropriate hydrating cream. Always use suitable products as oily skin treatments if you want to get the best results.

Sunflower Oil: the Natural Skin Care Oil

Sunflower oil is used for more than just cooking: it is also an excellent product for use as a natural skin care oil that imparts many benefits when rubbed into your skin. For a start, it retains moisture, and in preventing your skin from drying out it helps to keep wrinkles at bay and your skin looking youthful and vibrantly healthy right from birth.
Yes, from birth, because it is used in hospitals on the skin of premature babies to protect it from infections to which young children are susceptible when in hospital, particular those born pre-term. How's that for an indication of how safe it is to use and how gentle it is on your skin? Yet it is extremely powerful at keeping away bacteria and maintaining youthful skin, and contains a rich mixture of vitamins and other natural substances that have a healthy effect on your skin and its pores. There is a lot more to sunflower oil than just that however. It is what is referred to as non-comedogenic, meaning that, unlike many other oily substances, it will not cause spots or pimples to form when you rub it into your skin. It is very good for acne sufferers, especially if the traditional acne remedies have failed. It is very high in antioxidants, particularly the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, which prevent free radicals from damaging your skin and creating wrinkles and the appearance of premature aging.
Nobody likes having tough leathery skin that looks decades older than they really are, but that's what can happen to people who live in hot climates because of the action of ultra-violet light in strong sunlight on their skin. UV generates small oxygenated molecules known as free radicals that destroy your skin cell membranes. That makes your skin old looking and wrinkled, and even causes these ugly brown liver spots. Sunflower oil destroys these free radicals as soon as they are formed and offers a high degree of protection against sunlight and the other causes of free radical generation such as air pollution, tobacco smoke and pesticides.
Sunflower oil also contains fatty acids that kill off damaging bacteria on your skin, and the Vitamin D it contains supports your immune system to help prevent inflammatory conditions such as acne. In addition to their antioxidant properties, Vitamins C and E promote the growth of healthy new skin, and can rapidly repair and damage any blemishes from which your skin is prone to suffer, particularly during the cold winter months, again helping to keep it looking youthful and fresh.
You can find sunflower oil in the ingredients list of many expensive skin care products, including body washes, lotions and soaps, and although the natural oil itself is just as good as any of these expensive commercial products, it is better to use it in a purified form or along with other natural oils in mixtures designed to complement each other and make the best use of the skin care properties of each

Natural Environmentally-Friendly Household Cleaners

Many people use a vast array of chemical-laden household cleaners and products around the home on a daily basis.
What they may not be aware of is the fact that many of these chemicals can be damaging to their health when inhaled. Apart from the inhalation aspect, skin irritations often occur when coming into contact with many chemical cleaners.
Many disinfectants contain phenol ( aka carbolic acid ) or cresol. These can attack the central nervous system, liver, kidneys, spleen, and pancreas.
How can adding a load of chemicals to your home environment be good for your health and cleanliness. They may kill off the germs, sure, but human beings are gradually going to kill themselves off too, if they continue in this way. Many people aim to keep their homes a germ-free environment, but if our homes are kept so germ-free that our immune systems no longer have to work as hard, we run the risk of weakening our immune systems.
Another chemical-laden ( and one of the most dangerously toxic of all ) household product is oven cleaner. I have never personally used the stuff, as I remember the fumes when my mother used it when I was a child, and that alone was enough to put me off for life! How right I was. Many oven cleaners release fumes which may affect the respiratory system, and contain ammonia and lye, which eat the skin. I prefer to use baking soda and water, sprinkled inside the oven and left overnight. In the morning a good scrub finishes it off a treat. It does a wonderful job. Also you don't get any chemical residue odour the next time you use the oven.
Many artificial air fresheners release nerve-deadening agents, which can interfere with your sense of smell. Natural aromatherapy oils would be a much safer bet.
In a time when respiratory illnesses such as asthma are at an all-time high, we should be looking to a more natural and gentle way of keeping our homes clean.

At-Home Treatments for Beauty on a Budget

What would you do if you could achieve the benefits of a professional skin care treatment at home for a fraction of the cost of a visit to the doctor or aesthetician? Cancel your next appointment, of course!

Today, at-home skin care kits are becoming more popular and more advanced, giving consumers an affordable option for looking beautiful.

"There is a significant increase in the number of women who are looking for affordable, at-home, anti-aging alternatives to professional treatments," said Dr. Lydia Evans, consulting dermatologist for L'Oreal Paris.

One of the most requested and most expensive cosmetic procedures today is microdermabrasion, a treatment in which irregularly shaped aluminum oxide crystals are used to exfoliate dead skin cells, lifting them up and off of the skin's surface.

With professional microdermabrasion, it takes typically four or five treatments to really see the results, and that can add up to about $1,000 or more.

If you want similar results at home, Evans recommends L'Oréal's ReFinish Micro-Dermabrasion Kit, which uses the same crystals as the in-office treatment and also contains a biosaccharide complex, a component that helps prevent irritation and soothes the skin. This product is designed for anyone who is looking to achieve fresh, glowing skin or reduce the signs of aging.

The price tag? L'Oreal ReFinish rings in at a suggested retail price of $24.99.

Another procedure that has become increasingly popular over the past several years is Botox, a treatment in which injections are made into the skin to decrease expression lines, like crows feet. Not only is the needle involved in this procedure intimidating, but it also comes with a hefty price of approximately $500 or more per session.

An alternative at-home treatment comes in the form of L'Oreal's Wrinkle De-Crease which helps reduce the appearance of those pesky lines caused by our everyday facial expressions like smiling and frowning.

How To Permanently Remove Acne Pimples From Your Skin

If you are an acne sufferer, then I am sure you would be interested in getting rid of acne. But the only way you can permanently get rid of your acne pimples is to ensure that you stop using all those over the counter acne treatments that you are used to.

A lot of acne sufferers are now discovering that those over the counter treatments don't work to a certain degree. What usually happens in most situations is that when you have a breakout on your skin and you use such products, the acne goes away for a period of time, and then it comes back again. You will keep going through the cycle over and over again.

Before now, acne sufferers were stuck with all those acne products that don't really work. But now all thanks to the Internet, you have the ability to locate the latest and best acne treatments without having to leave your house. The best acne treatment is one that combats the root cause of acne and treats your skin also instead of just focusing on removing the acne which would later re-occur. The major cause of acne is hormonal imbalances. Your skin reacts negatively to the hormonal imbalances. The moment your skin gets clogged up with excess sebum (oil), acne causing bacteria begin to act on the sebum (oil) and this results in acne break outs.

To be able to deal with your acne condition permanently, you must fight acne both from outside and inside your body. By attacking the root causes of your acne pimples, you will be able to stop your acne from ever coming back.

There are a few products that combat acne from both inside the body and outside. These treatments contain herbal supplements that help regulate your hormones and prevent acne from developing. These treatments also contain a wash and cream that fights the acne causing bacteria on the surface of your skin. This helps rid your skin of acne pimples.

Dry Skin Treatment in Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurvedic medicine is the traditional medicine of India. Treatment consists largely of herbs, fruits and spices, but much of it also revolves around self-care - living a lifestyle designed to prevent illness. Although India is quickly changing, daily life in India does not revolve around chemicals as does much of the West. They are therefore not as susceptible to dry skin caused by contact with harmful chemicals. In the Western world, thousands of doctors are now recommending a shielding lotion as dry skin treatment, but Ayurvedic medicine also offers some good advice.

In Ayurveda, defined as "the science of life," health is defined as an active state of wellness. In other words, you are not merely disease free, you are able to live life to the fullest. Ayurveda approaches wellness by adjustments in diet, daily routine and environment as required for your age, stress level, and lifestyle.

Basic to Ayurveda is the theory of the Five Elements spirit, air, earth, wind and fire. It is believed that everything in the material universe is a combination of these elements. The ratios differ in each of us, and determine our spiritual, mental and physical constitution. Skin that is dry and tight is 'air predominant', and dry skin treatment consist of diet, skin protection, and a lifestyle appropriate to an 'air' skin type.

Here are a few key things that would be recommended:

 Cook with clarified butter or olive oil.
 The most beneficial foods are rice, oatmeal and buckwheat, mung dai lentils, asparagus and zucchini, stewed apples and pears (for breakfast), seasonal fresh fruits, soaked walnuts, and soaked and blanched almonds.

 The recommended spices for dry skin treatment are turmeric, cumin, coriander and fennel in a ratio of 2/3/6/6. This spice mixture is sauted in clarified butter and added to food after or during cooking.

The lifestyle suggested includes going to bed early, walking for 20 minutes in the morning, taking regular short breaks while working, and deep breathing.

Protecting the skin from harsh chemicals and retaining moisture are the two most prevalent recommendations for air predominant skin. Drinking lots of spring water with a pH balance of 7.5 to stay hydrated and staying away from chemical-laden skin care products are at the top of the list. Ayurvedic healing also recommends wearing a protective coating such as a moisturizer on your face and hands, and lip balm to protect your lips

While moisturizers do coat the skin, they are not an effective dry skin treatment because they usually contain drying chemicals and greasy substances that prevent the skin from breathing. A good shielding lotion is the best alternative. It bonds with the outer layer of the skin to form a protective barrier that allows the skin to breath, protects it from harsh weather and environmental chemicals, and locks in the skin's natural moisture. It is the best dry skin treatment available, and fits very nicely into the treatment recommended by Ayurvedic healers.

Skin Treatment - Methods To Remove Scars

Scars are a problem for all the people who wish to look young and smart. A scarred face always troubles us and affects our psychology. Talk to people affected by acne scars all over their face and you will realize the impact of scars on the self-esteem and confidence.

Skin treatment for scars may follow many procedures. That will depend on the age of the person, the location of the scar and the nature of the scar. If the scar is superficial, it can be treated with microdermabrasion or medium chemical peel, while a deeper scar will need more intensive treatments such as laser resurfacing or deep chemical peel. It is interesting to note that all of us have different scar forming tendency. Some of us form deeper scars compared to others who form mild scars for similar injury.

If the scar mixes with wrinkles it is less of a problem. But if it shows prominently on the cheek, one has to get it treated. Many methods are available for resurfacing the skin. All methods produce different results. The costs will be different and so will be the postoperative time of recovery. You have to therefore talk to your doctor about your scars and the treatment. Chemical peeling, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing, surgical excision, are few of the techniques that are used to treat scars. You need not suffer scars. Consult your doctor and get treated.

Skin Treatment - Keloid Scars

Scars are a problem for all of us. Any injury, inflammation or wound causes scar. The scars are for lifetime, except few that fade away over years. The major problems are Keloids that are raised scars. Not all of us develop keloids. But some of us those develop feel very embarrassing about keloids.

Keloids are raised scars. They form in response to an injury. When body suffers an injury, it rushes its defense molecules including white cells to save itself. The scars form as the skin heals. In most of the people the skin heals withan indent. In some people body pushes more of collagen at the site of injury and a hard mass forms that is called keloid.

It is difficult to treat keloids. If new surgery is performed to remove keloids, it will produce more of them. That is the challenge. Some doctors treat keloids by injecting them with steroid injections. Slowly the keloid dries out. Some doctors cut the keloid with laser and inject the site with steroid injection to stop new keloid forming. Silicone gels and sheetings are also used to treat keloids. Keloids are a problem and those of you who suffer from them must avoid all possible injury to body and consult your doctor when you form keloids

Diagnosis of Skin Cancer

Clinical diagnosis is made with visual appearance or with the aid of a dermatoscope. The ABCD guideline is helpful for identifying dysplastic nevus and melanoma. Clinical diagnosis can only be confirmed with a skin biopsy. Most skin biopsies are done under local anesthetic with an injection. A shave biopsy is good for diagnosing basal cell carcinoma, while not as well for squamous cell carcinoma. A punch biopsy is preferred for diagnosing squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma over the shave biopsy technique. Excisional biopsy (where the entire lesion is removed down to the deep dermis and subcutanous fat) is the method of choice for diagnosing melanomas. However, for cosmetic reason and practical reasons, a punch biopsy is often used to initially diagnose many large melanomas or melanomas of cosmetically important anatomic locations (nose, face, eyelids, nails, fingers and toes.

Types of Skin Cancers

The most common types of skin cancers are:
  • Basal Cell Carcinoma
  • Squamous Cell Carcinoma
  • Melanoma
Basal cell carcinomas (BCC) is the most common. They are present on sun-exposed areas of the skin, especially the face. They rarely metastasize, and rarely cause death. They are easily treated with surgery or radiation.
Squamous cell carcinomas(SCC) are common, but much less common than basal cell cancers. They metastasize more frequently than BCCs. Even then, the metastasis rate is quite low, with the exception of SCCs of the lip, ear, and in immunosuppressed patients.
Melanomas are the least frequent of the 3 common skin cancers. They frequently metastasize, and are deadly once spread.
Less common skin cancers include: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, Merkel cell carcinoma, Kaposi's sarcoma, keratoacanthoma, spindle cell tumors, sebaceous carcinomas, microcystic adnexal carcinoma, Pagets's disease of the breast, atypical fibroxanthoma, leimyosarcoma, and angiosarcoma
The BCC and the SCC often carry a UV-signature mutation indicating that these cancers are caused by UV-B radiation via the direct DNA damage. However the malignant melanoma is predominantly caused by UV-A radiation via the indirect DNA damage.[citation needed] The indirect DNA damage is caused by free radicals and reactive oxygen species. Research indicates that the absorption of three sunscreen ingredients into the skin, combined with a 60-minute exposure to UV, leads to an increase of free radicals in the skin, if applied in too little quantities and too infrequently. [6] However, the researchers add that newer creams often do not contain these specific compounds, and that the combination of other ingredients tends to retain the compounds on the surface of the skin. They also add the frequent re-application reduces the risk of radical formation.

The Importance of Shape

You may think you know when you look in the mirror, or you may be too busy trying to cover up unshapely areas to really see yourself as you are. Do you know how much fat you’re carrying, compared to how much muscle? Do you know where you tend to gain weight–upper body, lower body or around the middle? Until you know the answers to these questions, you are not ready to make your personal plan for losing weight and keeping it off. Understanding your body is the first step to reaching your best personal shape. As someone who teaches both doctors and the public about obesity, I believe weight loss has been overemphasized and body shape underemphasized. You have probably read about the Body-Mass Index (BMI), which is a weight-to-height ratio. If your BMI is greater than 25, you are considered overweight in the U.S., and if it is greater than 30 you are obese. This ratio has been a powerful way for scientists to document the obesity epidemic in this country and its effects on health and disease. However, when it comes to you as an individual, it can be misleading. A football player can be considered overweight on the BMI scale, but if the extra weight being carried is muscle, he is not really fat. A thin woman can have a normal BMI, yet still be over-fat. So shape counts.
Shapes are personal and go beyond the usual apple and pear. Women can have three typical body shapes–upper body fat, lower body fat and both upper and lower body fat. Men usually only get upper body fat. The upper body stores fat in times of stress and some people can lose and gain weight rapidly in the upper body. The lower body fat in women responds to female hormones such as estrogen and progesterone and stores fat for breastfeeding a newborn baby. Women who have both upper and lower body fat will lose their upper body fat first. Women with more upper body fat tend to have more muscle than women with lower body fat and will need more protein in their diet to help control their hunger. Losing weight is harder if you have lower body fat rather than upper body fat, but the medical benefits of losing your upper body fat are greater. Losing weight around your neck, face, chest and waist usually goes along with losing fat on the inside as well. So as you look better, you are also improving your health tremendously.
Finally, there are two more body shapes to consider: The shape you can change and the shape you can’t change. It is important to know the difference and work on the shape you can change, while adjusting your wardrobe and attitudes to the shape you cannot change. Due to low metabolism, many women with lower body fat can’t lose weight just by cutting calories. These lower body-fat cells are resistant to both exercise and diet. Only a personalized program can help make sure you get enough protein to control cravings and build or maintain lean muscle.
supplements and medications, and also their body image
For the woman, it is mainly due to the fact that they are birth givers, which naturally takes place for them once or even more during their lifetime. Pregnancy is a major event for a woman and that alone should need a good record to track their health. Initially, both menstruation and breast health are critical to a woman's body. These may give sexual desire for men, but it is also important to be in good health for a normal and healthy offspring. During sexual activity, women sometimes feel pain, and this too should be considered as well. Gynecological concerns are important also, since it is the cleanliness and health of the woman's vagina. Other concerns also include desire, pleasure, orgasm, contraception, much similar to those of men

The Key to Anti-Aging Health

Age, it's a natural part of life. But just because you're getting older doesn't mean you have to look like it. With a few simple steps anyone can look and feel younger than they actually are. One of the biggest steps someone can take in the battle against age is to lead a healthy lifestyle. Anti-aging health is all about your lifestyle, eating habits, fitness, and a number of other factors which can affect how well a person ages. Maintaining such a lifestyle requires a certain level of commitment and dedication.
Eat Those Vegetables
A major step in combating age is committing to healthy eating habits. It's important not to indulge too much on one food or another, especially when it contains a lot of fat or grease. Each person is individual in their dietary needs, and it's a good idea to find out that which best suits you, and you can find many books that will help you to determine which foods will be most beneficial for your body type. But generally speaking, a healthy cycle of fruits, vegetables, and grain along with moderate portions of meat is suggested for those wishing to live a more healthy life. Dietary needs are key to slowing the aging process to some extent, and the more efficient and healthy your body, the less work it requires to do its job.
Choosing a lifestyle
Another very important step in anti-aging health is lifestyle habits. Things like smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and some eating disorders can all affect the way a person ages. Smoking for instance inhibits the body's ability to process oxygen, preventing the body from feeding your cells. It is direly important that any person concerned with their health and especially their age, maintain healthy lifestyle habits.

Exercise is perhaps one of the most important factors concerning anti-aging health. Exercise in moderation gives the body numerous benefits like more efficient blood flow, healthier muscles, increased bone stability, and even oxygen to the brain is increased during exercise. Anyone concerned with anti-aging health should be prepared to set an exercise regiment. It is important to be willing to stick with this regiment after you start; just occasionally going to the gym doesn't count.
Set reasonable goals, as starting out on a 10k run is probably not the best idea and can cause more harm than benefit. Of course in the fight against aging there can be any number of factors to consider. But for anyone generally concerned with their age and health, these few tips can be the key to adding a few extra years to their life.

Risk Factors of Skin Cancer

Skin cancer has many potential causes, these include:
  1. Studies have show that smoking tobacco and related products can double the risk of skin cancer.[4][5]
  2. Overexposure to UV-radiation may cause skin cancer either via the direct DNA damage or via the indirect DNA damage mechanism. Overexposure (burning) UVA & UVB have both been implicated in causing DNA damage resulting in cancer. Sun exposure between 10AM and 4PM is most intense and therefore most harmful. Natural (sun) & artificial UV exposure (tanning salons) are possibly associated with skin cancer.[citation needed]
    1. UVB rays primarily affect the epidermis causing sunburns, redness, and blistering of the skin when overexposed. The melanin of the epidermis is activated with UVB just as with UVA; however, the effects are longer lasting with pigmentation continuing over 24 hours.
  3. Chronic non-healing wounds, especially burns. These are called Marjolin's ulcers based on their appearance, and can develop into squamous cell carcinoma.
  4. Genetic predisposition, including "Congenital Melanocytic Nevi Syndrome". CMNS is characterized by the presence of "nevi" or moles of varying size that either appear at or within 6 months of birth. Nevi larger than 20 mm (3/4") in size are at higher risk for becoming cancerous.
  5. Human papilloma virus (HPV) is often associated with squamous cell carcinoma of the genital, anal, oral, pharynx, and fingers. It is believed that the HPV vaccine might help to prevent these cancers as well as cervical cancers.
  6. Skin cancer is one of the potential dangers of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation.

Skin cancer generally has a 20- to 30-year latency period[citation needed]. Many instances of skin cancer in older individuals today can be traced to behaviours as young adults in the 1970s and early 1980s[citation needed]. Sunburns represented an inconvenient rite of spring or an awkward preliminary stage in the process of acquiring a "healthy" tan. Severe burns were commonplace. Today we know the approach to be reckless. The incidence rates of skin cancer today in persons over 50 years of age reflect that day's popular ignorance

Skin Cancer

Skin cancer is a malignant growth on the skin which can have many causes. The most common skin cancers are basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer, and melanoma which all trace back to the mutation of melanin cells. Skin cancer generally develops in the epidermis (the outermost layer of skin), so a tumor is usually clearly visible. This makes most skin cancers detectable in the early stages. There are three common and likely types of skin cancer, each of which is named after the type of skin cell from which it arises. Unlike many other cancers, including those originating in the lung, pancreas, and stomach, only a small minority of those afflicted will actually die of the disease.[1] Skin cancer represents the most commonly diagnosed cancer, surpassing lung, breast, colorectal and prostate cancer.[1] Melanoma is less common than basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, but it is the most serious—for example, in the UK there are 9,500 new cases of melanoma each year, and 2,300 deaths.[2] More people now die of melanoma in the UK than in Australia. It is the most common cancer in the young population (20 – 39 age group).[3] It is estimated that approximately 85% of cases are caused by too much sun.[citation needed] Non-melanoma skin cancers are the most common skin cancers. The majority of these are called basal cell carcinomas. These are usually localised growths caused by excessive cumulative exposure to the sun and do not tend to spread.

Secrets of Using Olive Oil For Skin Care

Olive trees are one of the first domesticated plants after wild grains, and there's evidence that some of the first permanent human habitations were founded in alluvial valleys with olive trees in the hills and flood plains for growing grains. In addition to being tasty when pickled, olives can also be pressed for their oil, which is used for a wide variety of cooking projects. The oil is also widely used for beauty and health issues dealing with the skin, and has been for at least 5,000 years, and probably longer.

Olives have a benefit - they don't require extra processing to get the oil out of the fruit; the less processing the oil gets, the higher its grade (but the shorter its shelf life). Olive oil also varies a bit by what soil the olive trees grew in. For both cooking and for beauty work, higher grade (called extra virgin) olive oil is better.

Olive oil is full of several fatty acids that are mild - these acids open up the pores and the fats are directly absorbable by the skin. The first use of olive oil as a cosmetic was as a mild astringent - to clean the pores of the face and clear up acne. (Yes, it sounds strange, smearing a fatty oil on your face to clear up acne, but it works!). In addition to this, it nourishes the skin and replenishes it, keeping your skin cells full and healthy on a cellular level; this leads to a beautiful, clear complexion.

It's also useful for oiling your hair, to keep it supple and conditioned, where it acts as a conditioner. This also adds a lovely shine to your hair, and keeps it nourished and less likely to fray or develop split ends. (Most commercial conditioners have enough cleaning agents in them that they can effectively double as shampoo.) It's also a good topical agent for helping heal dry fingernails and dry skin as a moisturizer.

Want some basic ways to use olive oil in your skin and body care regimen? Try these:

As a bath oil. Commercial bath oils are mostly glycerin; try using about a quarter cup of olive oil in a full drawn, very hot bath, and soak - do this after you shower; scrub yourself down with a loufa, but don't use a commercial soap. Towel off, draw a tub of water as hot as you can stand it and pour the olive oil into it and soak. By cleaning your skin before you soak, and keeping the water hot, you're letting your body absorb the oil in the most effective way possible. Using a few drops of a scented oil, or lighting some aromatic candles, can make this seem absolutely decadent.

As a topical skin rub. Use olive oil as a moisturizer on parts of your skin where dryness is an issue, such as the points of your elbows, the back of your hand, or feet. Indeed, if you want to keep calluses soft, rub olive oil into them regularly. (Handy hint: This also works for hard leather products)

Want smoother hands? Look no further than olive oil and sugar. Make a mixture that's got two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of sugar; rub them over your hands until the sugar dissolves, then rinse it off. A similar technique can be done massaging oil into your hands and feet and wearing cotton gloves or socks to bed to let it permeate the skin over time. Likewise, you can make a facial from olive oil, honey and an egg yolk; you need to blend these well, then apply it to your face to rejuvenate the skin; leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse normally - it will pull out a lot of oil from your skin and leave it glowing.

Looking to do a home nail treatment? Ever had your hands treated at a nail spa? Believe it or not, this is what they do - and they charge you $40 for it. You want a small dish, and you want olive oil at 'just shy of too hot' mixed with about a tablespoon of a mild acid (vinegar or lemon juice are traditional). Soak your nails in it for about 10 minutes, then rinse. You can also do this as a footbath for your toenails

Is a Skin Firming Lotion Review Dependable?

Whether you realize it or not, a skin firming lotion review is typically not a valid source of information about skin care products. These forums are very biased towards certain products, and are mostly little more than veiled advertisements for the cosmetics produced by a particular company. If you don't believe me, then let me give you a couple of things to think about.
These evaluations most often describe the good points about the formula that is featured, but they only gloss over what the product is actually made of. They may tell you how effective the formula is supposed to be, but unless you are familiar with all of the different ingredients that go into cosmetics products, then you simply have to take their word for it. This can get you into trouble.
A skin firming lotion review may say that the formula works to prevent wrinkles, because it contains the topical versions of collagen, elastin, or hyaluronic acid. Since you know that it is the loss of these three connective tissues that are the main cause of wrinkles, you may be under the assumption that adding these ingredients to your skin will stem the development of lines in your skin. You would be wrong however.
None of these three tissues are useful as ingredients in topical anti aging skin care formulas, because they cannot be absorbed by your skin. These compounds are all too dense to pass through the skin, but few people realize this. The cosmetics industry makes billions of dollars per year of the sale of products containing these components, because the average person has no idea that they are not effective.
That is not what I meant about getting into trouble though. Where you can get hurt is that a skin firming lotion review only gives you a list of the "highlights" so far as the ingredients go, and don't ever tell you about the various additives and preservatives that these formulas contain. This is most often due to the fact that these are made up of chemical agents that could be harmful to your health.
No appraisal of a product is going to tell you that what you are absorbing into your skin are chemical agents capable of causing the development of cancer, neurological disorders, and organ toxicity. This would be bad for sales, and revealing the truth about these agents could lead to the source of the assessment losing the advertising dollars of the product's manufacturer.

Forget about getting information that you can use from a skin firming lotion review. All that you need to do to find a product that is both safe and effective is to choose one that contains no chemicals, but only natural plant derived components. These compounds offer everything that your skin needs in order to become healthier and younger looking.

The Best Anti Wrinkle Cream on the Market is Not the One That You Probably Think it Is

With every product that comes down the pike being advertised as the best anti wrinkle cream on the market how are you supposed to determine which ones are truly effective? The success of any skin care formula comes down to whether it was developed using the correct combination of ingredients to make positive changes to your appearance. Most of the products that you see will not give you this positive change.
There is a reason that I always tell people that in order for them to choose a formula that will help their skin to become better, they need to educate themselves about the ingredients in cosmetics. You have to know what it is that you need in a cosmetics formula, and what you should definitely avoid, so that you can decide which one is right for you.
The best anti wrinkle cream on the market will contain all natural ingredients that will provide your skin with the tools necessary for reversing the effects of aging. You will find that very few formulas have what you need in order to provide your skin with the essential nutrients, antioxidants, and connective tissue boosters that are necessary if progress is to be made.
What you end up buying most of the time are formulas that have very few natural compounds in them, and the ones that are typically included do not do much for you. Take the collagen and elastin that you find in many of these anti aging formulas. These compounds are to dense to make penetrating the skin possible, and are therefore useless as ingredients.
The best anti wrinkle cream on the market does not attempt to treat your wrinkle through the introduction of new connective tissue through the skin. What it does is enhances the production process of the cells that form your own collagen and elastin by encouraging greater output. This method of increasing the connective tissue in your skin has been proven very successful.
This same formula also contains a derivative of sea kelp that drastically increases the amount of hyaluronic acid that is present. This acid is a major component of skin, and is involved in tissue repair. It is broken down over time by attacking enzymes and excessive exposure to UVB rays, but this kelp extract halts this destruction and allows the levels of hyaluronic acid to build back up.
These two components in the best anti wrinkle cream on the market are known as Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame. They were discovered just a couple of years ago by the research and development team of the company in New Zealand that now markets the product. Their formulas are 100% all natural, and have shown to be far more effective than any other anti aging formula available.
The compounds in the best anti wrinkle cream on the market will have your skin fuller, firmer, and wrinkle free within just a few short weeks. You should give this wrinkle reducing formula a try, before throwing your money away on another formula that won't give you results.
